We are Hiring for the position of Office Administrative Assistant Required at SARAI XPRESS TRUCKING INC.

Role: Office Administrative Assistant [(contract type for two years e.g., full-time, permanent term)]

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour (To be Negotiated)

• We are in the urgent need of an Office Administrative Assistant who is professional and can perform administrative work in all the departments in our office and assist other admin staff
• We prefer someone who has a working experience as an Office Administrative Assistant or other relevant assistant role for minimum of 1 year.
• It is fast paced environment, work under pressure, comply with all tight deadlines
• The candidate must have an excellent oral communication, written in English Language, effective interpersonal, organized skills.

• The candidate must have a computer knowledge and skills to use MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Powepoint, MS Windows.

Peaks: We will be offering an overtime pay per hour after working 44 hours in any week. Further, we will offer 4 percent of annual salary as a vacation pay.

Working Setting: Transportation, communication and utilities

About you – preferred requirements for this role

An ideal candidate must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate along with minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Office Administrative Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Language Preference: English

 

Duties:

Handle telephonic and digital inquiries effectively; Coordinate scheduling and confirmation of loads with both existing and new vendors; Create and distribute meeting agendas and supportive materials utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;

Manage office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels; Organize files and folders to compile necessary data and Information to support business operations; Facilitate the distribution of both physical and electronic mail, while managing the flow of information;

Provide training and support to fellow office staff in performing administrative tasks; Assist in the preparation of routine reports; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and properdocumentation for all truck-related paperwork; Prepare, review, and refine various documents including correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, emails, and other related materials based on handwritten notes.

Working Hours in each week – 30 to 40 hours
