Job Duties:

1. Ensure smooth operations of the Restaurant along with health and safety compliance.
2. Co-ordinate with the Kitchen team for consistency in taste and quality along with continuous improvement, alterations, editions in the menu items.
3. Logistics and Management co-ordination between the restaurant and catering locations
4. Recruitment and Training of Staff
5. Meet with large volume event clients for setting the Menu, price quotation and finalising the negotiations.
6. Assist the management to participate in community events, launch seasonal promotions etc.
7. Any other relevant tasks
