• Courses in the field or equivalent experience (5+ years)

DUTIES:

• Oversee Daily Operations – Manage workflow and job assignments while assisting with repairs as needed.
• Customer Communication – Provide service updates, explain repairs, and address concerns professionally.
• Inventory & Parts Management – Order and track parts, ensuring availability while controlling costs.
• Workplace Safety Compliance – Maintain a safe, organized shop environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Equipment Maintenance – Ensure tools and machinery are in good working condition.
• Train & Mentor New Hires – Help onboard and develop new employees as the business grows.
• Diagnose Complex Vehicle Issues – Provide expertise on challenging repairs and troubleshooting.
• Assist in Business Growth – Work with owners to improve efficiency, expand services, and attract new customers.
• Maintain Shop Records – Keep track of repairs, parts, and service documentation for efficiency and accountability.
