Job Description:
Li’s Family is seeking a compassionate, responsible, and energetic Child Caregiver to provide full-time care for our minor children in our private residence. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to creating a nurturing, structured, and safe environment where our children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Responsibilities:
1. Child Care and Supervision:
Provide attentive, hands-on care and constant supervision to children
Assist with daily needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines
Accompany children to and from school, activities, and appointments
Follow and maintain daily routines, including meal times, naps, and playtime
Monitor the safety and well-being of children at all times
2. Development and Education:
Plan and organize fun and educational activities, including games, crafts, reading, and outdoor activities
Encourage healthy emotional and social development through positive interactions
Support learning activities tailored to the children's age and developmental stage
3. Health, Nutrition, and Household Support:
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Tend to minor health needs and promptly report any concerns to the parents
Keep the children's bedrooms, play areas, and kitchen tidy and clean
Perform light household duties related to child care (laundry, toy organization, etc.)
4. Behavior Management:
Implement discipline methods consistent with parents’ instructions
Promote good manners, responsibility, and respect
5. Communication and Reporting:
Provide daily updates to parents on activities, behaviors, and health concerns
Maintain simple records if requested (such as meal intake, nap times, or notable incidents)

Qualifications and Requirements:
Completion of high school or equivalent
Proven experience as a caregiver or in a related role
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
A clear criminal record check
Patient, loving, and reliable nature
Optional (but an asset):
Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification
Ability to speak a second language

Work Setting:
Employer’s private home

Wage: $20.00 Per Hour
Hours: 30-40 Hours Per Week
