Responsibilities
Tasks
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective operational processes and standards.
- Lead recruitment efforts by selecting suitable candidates and ensuring comprehensive onboarding and training programs are in place.
- Create and manage staff schedules, while consistently monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
- Supervise inventory levels, track revenue trends, and make necessary adjustments to pricing and procedures.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle various tasks essential to upholding the store’s professionalism and standards.
