Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day tasks of warehouse clerks involved in shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and scheduling
Plan, assign, and review work schedules and dispatches to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor and execute efficient and accurate inbound and outbound processes.
Liaise with third-party logistics providers , trucking companies, and courier services to manage pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.
Oversee alignment with corporate policies, regulatory health and safety frameworks, and operational standards within the logistics environment.
Investigate and resolve client concerns related to delays, documentation, or delivery discrepancies.
Communicate with international suppliers and coordinate cross-border shipments and documentation requirements.
Provide coaching and training to new staff on warehouse and inventory systems,and conduct regular performance reviews.
Maintain system accuracy through the use of warehouse management software and data entry protocols.
Arrange for maintenance and servicing of logistics equipment and software as required.
Completion of a Bachelor Degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination role
Minimum 2 year of supervisory experience, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience coordinating with international vendors and navigating import/export procedures
Proficiency in logistics software platforms, specifically CANData and ShipOut WMS, for inventory control, dispatch scheduling, and order tracking
Ability to solve problems proactively and manage workflow under tight timelines
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with half-hour lunch break)
On-site position at our Vaughan facility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, In person.
Work Location: Vaughan, comfortable work environment, independent office, paid vacation.
Pay: $34 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
