Job Duties

• Prepare Indian meals for parties with ethnic taste and texture
• Schedule and Supervise kitchen staff
• Organize and oversee banquet buffet.
• Suggest Recipe Combinations and Fusions for special party orders
• Overlook the stock level and assist in ordering dairy, fresh produce, meat and dry goods as per requisitions and requirements of kitchen.
• Plan the menu, size of food portion, estimates food requirements and costs as per party size
• Dealing with customer concerns related to food.
• All other relevant tasks
