Job description:

• Oversee, plan, delegate, and assess the work of clerks involved in tasks such as shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventory of materials, parts, and products. Manage purchasing transactions, coordinate production activities, dispatch crews, schedule transportation routes, and handle other related responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory policies and procedures, actively contributing to their enhancement.
• Address and resolve various issues and complaints, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
• Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities.
• Order necessary supplies and materials.
• Ensure the efficient operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for any required maintenance and repairs.
• May conduct performance evaluations for supervised employees.
• May also perform the same tasks as the workers under supervision.

Job requirements:

Education:       Completion of secondary school

Experience:     1 year to less than 2 years work experience in the similar field

Language:       English
