Responsibilities
Tasks
- Construct and assemble frame structures for custom furniture designs.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise measurements and specifications.
- Select and cut materials to create sturdy and aesthetically pleasing frames.
- Collaborate with designers to align frame construction with creative concepts.
- Install hardware and support systems for enhanced durability and functionality.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency in the workshop.
- Conduct quality checks on frames to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Repair and modify existing furniture frames as needed.
- Communicate with team members to streamline production processes.
- Stay updated on carpentry techniques and trends to improve craftsmanship.
