Detailed Job Description

• Harvesting, hand-picking, sorting, and packaging blueberries.
• Assisting with farm maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools.
• Pruning berry plant branches using appropriate tools.
• Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and produce for transportation.
• Cleaning racks, trays, pallets, and harvest bins.
• Managing irrigation systems and clearing clogged water pipes.
• Identifying and removing defective plants and replanting new ones.
• Performing general cleanup in growing, production, and packing areas.
