Job Title: Greenhouse Supervisor

Location: Abbotsford, BC

Wage: $35/hr

Job Type: Full-time (minimum 30 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of greenhouse operations, including crop cultivation, maintenance, and resource management
• Leading and supervising a dedicated team of greenhouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
• Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of crop quality and productivity
• Monitoring and controlling environmental factors to optimize growing conditions and minimize environmental impact
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer demands, while fostering positive relationships with customers
• Analyzing data and generating reports to track greenhouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization

Educational qualification:

• Completion of Secondary school
• Completion of college program in a related field OR 1 to 2 years of work experience is required
