Tasks
- Plan, oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Conduct staff evaluations, set work schedules, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Analyze costs and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and modify procedures and price.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts for food, equipment, andother essential supplies.
- Communicate with customers to arrange catering services or event planning
- Provide training, guidance, and leadership to staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
