Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Manage customer records, repair documentation, and office filing systems.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claims and documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office and shop supplies.
  • Prepare financial reports, reconcile invoices, and assist with budgeting.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and repair bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
