Position: Construction Cleaner

Job Type: Full-time; Permanent

Number of Positions: 2

Salary: $34.62 per hour

Expected start date: As soon as possible

Work locations: Various locations in Vancouver BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.

Position Responsibilities

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.

• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean walls, floors, and ceilings, etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move cleaning equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
