Job requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Track daily and weekly sales to manage and control labour costs effectively
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
- Decide on menu promotions, customer service standards, and apply standard operating procedures in line with Subway guidelines
- Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers for ordering food, packaging, and other store essentials
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage store budgets while keeping a close eye on income and expenses to ensure profitability
