Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise daily operations and schedules of all delivery drivers.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Plan and assign delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries across all service areas.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance.
- Train new drivers on safety procedures and route navigation.
- Resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues.
- Maintain delivery logs and prepare operational reports.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure route adherence.
- Enforce health and safety regulations for all transportation activities.
