Responsibilities
Tasks
• Plan, organize, schedule shift and manage the daily operations (in course of your assigned work hours)
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Overseeing restaurant staff performance, ensuring efficient and high-quality service within different departments
• Train and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Manage inventory and control costs to optimize profitability while ensuring adequate stock levels
• Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards
• Identify the future needs in kitchenware and equipment, and placing orders considering market trends
• Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, striving to enhance overall dining experiences (throughout your designed shift)
