Job Description:
• To inspect the raw materials and final products to maintain compliance with the company’s quality-levels.
• To implement a series of quality control measures during the whole production process and assist in the analysis of the packaged products.
• Conduct necessary quality inspections to check quality of mushrooms using proper equipment and techniques.
• To undertake sampling procedures and examinations to verify quality standards.
• Development and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results.
• Assist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring procedures.
• To monitor the whole process of product development beginning from its production, and storage to its final delivery as well as conducting the grading and labeling of raw materials and final products.
• Ensure production personnel are following proper procedure for ongoing production checks.
• To enforce hygiene, health, and safety measures to keep up with regulations and procedures.


Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school is required.
• Post-secondary education in the same field is required.
• Experience in the same field is an asset.
