Job Details

Location-                                 366 rue Main, Shediac, NB, E4P 2E9

Salary-                                     $30.00 per hour

Terms of employment-              Permanent employment, Full time, 32 hours per week

Starts-                                      As soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages-                              English

Education-                               Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-                              1 year to less than 2 years

 

Job Responsibilities

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

Evaluate daily operations

Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

Monitor staff performance

Plan and organize daily operations

Recruit staff

Set staff work schedules

Train staff

Conduct performance reviews

Organize and maintain inventory

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Address customers' complaints or concerns
