Wages: $38.00 per hour, 40 hours per week;

Overtime wage:  $57.00 per hour after 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week
Benefits: 4% Vacation pay
Work Location: 4739 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC V5C 2K8 (The candidate is required to work on various locations in the lower mainland depending on work project)

Eligibility:

• Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience
• Language: English

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate and schedule construction activities
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
• Requisition materials and supplies as required
• Supervise workers and oversee construction projects
• Train or arrange for training of staff
