Michele Cake Shop is looking for 1 Food Services Manager to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Supervision: 5-10 people

Job Duties:

• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations,
• Recruit staff,
• Set staff work schedules,
• Train staff
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies,
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities,
• Address customers' complaints or concerns,
• Provide customer service.

Terms of employment: Permanent position

Salary: $36.60 per hour

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Location: 6033 West Boulevard, Vancouver, BC, V6M3X2, Canada
