 Job Description and Duties: 

The General Farm Worker will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the blueberry farm. Duties include:

• Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
• Soil preparation, plowing, weeding, and packing of crops
• Plant blueberry bushes following farm-specific spacing and planting techniques
• Prune and trim bushes to optimize fruit yield
• Hand harvesting of berries and maintaining post-harvest quality
• Sorting, weighing, and grading produce
• Assisting with the maintenance of farming equipment
• Removing debris and maintaining a clean work environment
• Adhering to farm safety protocols

Job Requirements:

• Education: No formal education required
• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Language: No language requirement
