Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular service on tractors, combines, sprayers, irrigation pumps and other farm machinery—oil changes, lubrication of running gear and moving parts

• Grease booms, pivots, conveyors and other agricultural equipment components to keep them field-ready

• Replace oil, air and fuel filters and top up or change hydraulic and transmission fluids on farm vehicles and implements

• Install or replace exhaust systems, radiators, shock absorbers and other key components on tractors and farm trucks

• Inspect, repair and balance farm vehicle and equipment tires for safe field operation

• Assist senior mechanics with complex repairs such as hydraulic system overhauls or power-train rebuilds

• Drive a service truck across fields or to remote barns, silos and irrigation sites to perform on-site maintenance and emergency repairs

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

Minimum 1 year recent, full-time hands-on maintenance and service of agricultural/heavy equipment (tractors, combines, sprayers, grain-handling or similar) in a shop or field-service setting..

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
