Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our construction team in Ontario, Canada. The candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, and installing wooden structures and components according to specifications.

Main Duties:

1. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and building plans

2. Accurately measure, mark, and cut wood and other materials

3. Build and assemble walls, floors, frames, roofs, and other structures

4. Install doors, windows, stairs, trims, and other wooden components

5. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently

6. Check measurements and ensure work is accurate and meets safety standards

7. Visit different sites for measurement and work purposes.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physical strength and stamina for manual work

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school required
• Completion of 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Carpenter

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, permanent position
• 40 hours per week

Wage:
$ 37.00 per hour
