Position Overview

We’re looking for a Cabinet Maker with 1–5 years of experience in a cabinet or furniture shop to join our growing team. You’ll be working in our Barrie shop, building custom cabinetry and furniture pieces with precision and care.

This position is full-time and permanent. Installation experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build custom kitchen cabinets and furniture pieces according to detailed drawings and specifications
  
  

• Operate woodworking machinery such as panel saws, edgebanders, and drills safely and efficiently
  
  

• Assemble cabinets and components with accuracy and attention to detail
  
  

• Sand and prepare parts for finishing
  
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  
  

• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  
  

• Take pride in your work and continuously look for ways to improve craftsmanship and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in a cabinetmaking or furniture shop
  
  

• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
  
  

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
  
  

• Excellent attention to detail and quality
  
  

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
  
  

• Installation experience is a bonus but not required
