Responsibilities
Tasks
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure all ingredients and supplies are stocked and available.
- Assist with scheduling shifts to optimize staffing based on peak hours and employee availability.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to comply with health regulations.
- Assist in financial reporting and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotions to boost sales and attract customers.
- Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication and align goals.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.
