Wages: $40.87/hour, 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of establishment
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Determine merchandise to be sold
• Implement price and credits policies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, monitor and authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues such as supply shortage
• Determine staffing requirements
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff

Requirements:

• College Diploma is required.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience is required.
• Language – English
