At this point Greenland Sodding and Landscaping Inc. is requiring a dynamic general contractor, who will be responsible for providing the most sufficient and outstanding service they can. DUTIES:

Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractualagreements
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Plan and manage budgets
Develop and implement quality control programs
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

REQUIREMENTS:

-          Completion of secondary school

-          1 year to less than 2 years of work experience is required

-          Spoken and written English language

-          Willing to travel

Spoken and written Hungarian language is an asset
