Permanent Position: Janitorial Services Manager.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening, Shift.

Wage Rate:  $37.55/hr for 40 hours/week.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Business Location: 4445 Lougheed Hwy suite 800 Burnaby, British Columbia V5C 0E4

Education: High School.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of work experience.

Languages: Basic Knowledge of English.

Main Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of the establishment.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to meet cleanliness and service standards.
• Manage budgets and inventory, including cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints, offering solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manage contracts related to advertising, marketing, or client services.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring a well-functioning team.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Weight handling capability up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
