Position: First Cook
Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent position (30~40 hours a week)

Wage: $25/hour

Main Duties:

?   Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu

?   Assist in planning menus and determine size of food portions

?   Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling food

?   Supervise kitchen staffs

?   Ensure to maintain high quality of foods

?   Monitor and order supplies, ingredient and equipment

?   Oversee kitchen operations

?   Prepare buffets and banquets when needed

Requirements:

- 3 years of commercial cooking experience

- High school diploma or higher

- Ability to communicate in English
