Responsibilities
Tasks
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnelmatters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests,complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Oversee payroll administration
- Provide input on marketing strategies and customer engagement
- Ensure all sales and transactions comply withprovincial/territorial cannabis regulations- AGCO in Ontario
- Monitor ID verification processes to prevent sales to minors
- Monitor sales targets and assist in achieving daily/monthlygoals.
