Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members who prepare, portion, and serve food items as per the menu.
- Maintain inventory such as records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Create and submit schedule reports and other reports as per the management's request.
- Prepare food order summaries and ensure staff follow the food hygiene and safety policy.
- Estimate, order, and control inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service and quality control meet the company’s standards.
- Establish work schedules with staff, train and hire staff as per the management's request.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer service standards.
