Food service supervisor required

Salary: $21/hr
Fulltime, Permanent,

Requirements:

Qualification: High School
Experience: 1 Year or more
Language: English.

Duties:
• Supervise & co-ordinate activities.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Establish work schedule. Estimate & order ingredients & supplies.
• Ensure quality control.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales & wastage.
• Prepare & submit reports.
• May take customer’s orders, stock refrigerators or receive payments.
