OHKIM Sushi and Grill is looking for an experienced Head Chef. We are located in Vernon, BC.

Position: Head Chef
Working Hours: Full-Time, Permanent position (30~40 hours a week)

Wage: $36.70~$37/hour

Main Duties:

?   Prepare food and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions

?   Plan food preparation and menus and ensure food meets quality standards

?   Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and estimate labor cost

?   Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

?   Consult with clients regarding special events

?   Supervise chefs and cooks

Requirements:

- 3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation

- High school diploma or higher

- Ability to communicate in English
