- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties, Implement price and credits policies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
