We are hiring motivated sales agents on a pure commission basis to promote and sell Voxlli's Voice AI solutions and merchant services to businesses across Canada. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for self-starters who thrive in a results-driven environment. Agents earn commissions through two primary channels:

1. Selling Voice AI Solutions: Introduce businesses to our advanced Voice AI technology that automates inbound and outbound calls, improves efficiency, and reduces costs. This includes features like lead qualification, appointment booking, and customer support automation.
2. Selling Merchant Services: Offer reliable payment processing solutions, including credit card processing, point-of-sale integrations, and secure transaction management, helping businesses accept payments seamlessly.

By closing deals in these areas, agents can generate substantial income through ongoing residual commissions. For each client closed, agents earn $250 per month as long as the client remains with Voxlli (Part of MagSway Technologies Inc). This residual structure allows earnings to compound over time as you build your client base. For example, if you close 10 clients in the first month, you'll earn $2,500 that month. In the next month, if you add another 5 clients, you'll earn $2,500 (from the original 10) plus $1,250 (from the new 5), totaling $3,750—and this continues to grow with each additional client. Closing 20 sales per month can result in earnings of $5,000 or more per month, with residuals accumulating for long-term income potential.

We provide a dedicated dashboard for agents to track client status, commissions, residuals, and overall performance.

This is an independent contractor position with no base salary, benefits, or guaranteed income. Earnings are based solely on residual commissions from closed and retained sales.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and prospect potential business clients across Canada via phone, email, networking, and other lead generation methods.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Voxlli's Voice AI and merchant services.
3. Build relationships with decision-makers, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
4. Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed personal targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or financial services (e.g., SaaS, AI tools, or payment processing).
2. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
5. Legal eligibility to work as an independent contractor in Canada.
6. Motivated by commission-based earnings and driven to achieve high performance.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of Voice AI, business automation, or merchant payment systems.
2. Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
3. Bilingual abilities (English and French) are a plus for serving diverse Canadian markets.
