Education: Completion of a college diploma program in related field

Job Duties:

• Create and manage user permissions for internal computer systems and network resources
• Track system functionality and identify issues affecting network or system performance
• Assist staff when they experience technical problems with computers, software, or connectivity
• Review technical references and internal documentation to diagnose problems and apply fixes
• Prepare, install, and configure computers and related tools for new and existing employees
• Support daily business operations by maintaining reliable access to network and online systems
