E-Net Solutions Inc. is permanently hiring three (3) full-time User Support Technicians for its Calgary, Alberta, location.

• Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing hardware, software, network, or system issues.
• Respond to user inquiries by phone, email, remote access, or in person to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, software applications, and peripheral equipment.
• Support business systems, networks (LAN/WAN), and Internet connectivity to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Consult technical manuals and documentation to research solutions and troubleshoot system errors.
• Reproduce and test reported problems to identify root causes and apply effective fixes.
• Maintain detailed logs of service requests, issues, and resolutions for internal records.
• Assist in testing and improving applications and internal systems when required.
• Work collaboratively with other technical support staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Travel frequently to various company and client locations across Calgary and surrounding areas to provide on-site technical support, installations, and maintenance.
• Regularly operate a motor vehicle as part of daily duties to attend service calls at multiple locations.
• A college diploma in computer science, website technology, network administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license (or provincial equivalent) is mandatory due to frequent travel between work sites.
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
