“O Sushi” Japanese Restaurant located at 742 Granville Street. Vancouver is looking to hire an experienced full time Cook. Details are below.

Position: Cook

Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30~40 hrs per week

Wage:$20~$22 per hour

Work Location:742 Granville Street Vancouver BC, V6Z 1E4

Job Description:

- Preparing and cooking Japanese dishes on the menu

- Maintaining inventory and records that what food has been prepared and what ingredients were used

- Cooking food by either steaming, roasting, frying, braising, etc

- Clean kitchen and work area

- Ensuring maintenance of food temperatures, and functionality of kitchen

- Checking kitchen operations

Minimum Qualification Include:

- High School Diploma

- Minimum 1 and half year work experience in commercial cooking

- Basic understanding of cooking and knife handling skills

- Available on evenings and weekends

- Able to communicate in English
