Job Position and work condition: Food Service Supervisor, Full time, Permanent

Wage Rate: $22.00 per hour / 30~40 Hours per week

Job Location: 8286 Sherbrooke Street Vancouver, BC V5X 4R6

Start date: as soon as possible

Main Duties:

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food and drink

- Ensure that food and service meet quality and control standards

- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage

- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

- Estimates and orders ingredients and supplies required for food, drink and meal preparation

- Schedule and check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity

- Establish work schedules

Qualifications:

- 1 years of work experience in food preparation or service

- High School graduation or higher

- Able to communicate in English
