- Job title: spa manager- full time position
- Job duties:
Oversee daily operations, assign team daily tasks.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, take on other tasks as needed to support the store success.
Manage, respond to inquires to complaints, handle escalated customer concern professionally.
Assist with sales, inventory, and promotions.
Mentor, coach new hired staff.
Maintain spa standards- ensuring equipment, rooms, service areas are always ready.
- Requirements:
Post secondary education, preferably in business or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Spa, wellness, or hospitality setting.
Solid understanding of store operation, product knowledge, spa services.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (fluent English).
A calm, confident leadership style that help others thrive.
- Physical requirements:
Work location: on-site.
Frequent walking and standing
Lift/reach up to 10kg.
- Compensation:
$36.00 per hour, Expected hours: 30 hrs per week.
