Job description:

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Job Duties:
- Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
- Lead, supervise, and support team members and project activities
- Provide training, coaching, or coordinate external training opportunities for staff development
- Operate and monitor signal systems and track switch control panels to ensure safe operations
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily tasks to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
- Enforce compliance with health and safety standards and workplace regulations
- Participate in personnel decisions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Organize and oversee maintenance, repairs, and equipment rental arrangements
- Keep records of work, staff, and equipment
- Solve problems quickly when they come up
- Communicate with team members and management
- Make sure equipment is used properly and safely
- Help improve work processes and team performance
- Check work regularly to make sure quality standards are met
