We are a professional Commercial Cleaning and Property Maintenance company providing specialized services to high-rise residential and commercial buildings. Our services include exterior building maintenance, window cleaning, façade care, pressure washing, and general high-access property maintenance.

The High-Rise Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating high-access cleaning and property maintenance operations in multi-story commercial and residential buildings. This position ensures that all work performed at heights meets safety standards, client specifications, and company quality requirements. The Supervisor leads field technicians, coordinates schedules, and ensures proper use of specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate high-rise cleaning and property maintenance crews
- Plan and schedule exterior building cleaning projects, including window cleaning and façade maintenance
- Ensure strict compliance with fall protection regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and company procedures
- Inspect job sites to ensure quality control and adherence to service agreements
- Oversee setup, inspection, and safe operation of suspended access equipment, swing stages, scaffolding, and fall arrest systems
- Train workers on proper high-rise techniques, equipment handling, and safety protocols
- Communicate with property managers and clients regarding project timelines and service expectations
- Maintain records of inspections, safety meetings, and project progress
- Resolve on-site operational or technical issues

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in high-rise commercial cleaning, building maintenance, or related technical field
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of fall protection systems and provincial occupational health and safety regulations
- Experience with suspended access equipment and high-access maintenance systems
- Ability to read and interpret building specifications and safety procedures
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- IRATA or SPRAT level 3
