Job Description:
Job Title: Flagman/woman
Office Location: 9850 King George, Unit 340, BC, Canada, V3T 0K7
Work location: On the road, highways
Wage: $30.0/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay

Number of Positions- 3
Employment type – Permanent, full-time
Start date: As soon as possible 

Job Requirements:
Education: None
Experience: Will train 
Language: English 
Certification: Will help in getting TCP certification

Job Duties:
Stop, slow, and safely direct traffic through work or construction sites. Protect workers in the construction zone by regulating traffic flow. Give traffic control directions and signals clearly and precisely so that motorists understand their meaning. Keep the flow of traffic moving with as few delays as possible. Assisting traffic control supervisor on job site. Maintaining the traffic area safe and clear of any debris. Properly placing traffic control equipment like cones, signs etc. Understanding the overall traffic layout and control plan to effectively perform the duties. Effectively doing necessary communication with other traffic control persons to make sure smooth flow of traffic. Other duties as assigned.
