Job Description

Tanlu Grill Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, organize, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff activities, resources, budgets, and work schedules
• Lead recruitment, training, task assignment, and performance evaluations
• Develop and promote up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash management
• Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Determine service offerings and continuously enhance the overall dining experience
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors to maintain optimal inventory and supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• High school diploma required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
