Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage businesses with hiring needs
Generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
Present Qoral’s recruitment and workforce solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers
Understand client needs and relay requirements to the internal team
Hand over secured clients for service delivery by Qoral’s HR team
Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions

Compensation
This is a monthly retainer + commission-based opportunity. Partners earn commission on successful candidate placements and employer engagements facilitated through their efforts. Detailed commission structures and collaboration terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to identify and engage potential employer clients
Professional communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Prior recruitment, HR, or sales experience is an asset but not mandatory
