JOB DETAILS
Position: Assistant general manager - financial, communications and other business services

Location: Suite#200 7404 King George Blvd Surrey BC V3W 1N6 Canada

Salary: $130,000 annually

Vacancies: 1 Vacancy

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time: 30 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Day Shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages:
English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Supervision: 5-10 people, delivery drivers and Staff in various area of responsibility

Type of industry experience:  Business services

Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence and Travel expenses paid by employer

Security and safety: Criminal record check

Computer and technology knowledge:  MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word

Area of work experience: Management

Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Specific Skills:

  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Manage events
  • Conduct performance reviews
