What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
• Assist customers by resolving inquiries and issues professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive experience

• A personal computer or laptop
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• A quiet workspace suitable for taking calls
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

• Paid on an hourly basis 
• Payments are issued twice a month (15th and 30th)
