JOB DETAILS:
Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Suite 2601, 2929 Barnet Highway, Coquitlam, BC V3B 5R5

Salary: $37.50 hourly

Vacancies: 1 Vacancy

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience and specialization: 2 years to less than 3 years

Supervision: 5-10 people

  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
