Wage rate: $36.60/hour for 40 hours/week.

Education: High School.

Experience: 1 Year to less than 2 Years’ experience.

Language: English.

Job Duties: 

• Prepare, clean, sand, mask, and prime window frames, components, and related surfaces before painting or finishing.
• Mix paints, stains, primers, and coatings to achieve required colour, texture, and finish specifications.
• Apply paint, coatings, and protective finishes to window frames and related products using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
• Inspect painted surfaces and finished products to ensure quality standards, colour consistency, and smooth finishes are maintained.
• Repair surface imperfections, scratches, cracks, or defects and perform touch-ups as required.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, spray booths, compressors, and related tools while following workplace safety standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and coordinate with production staff to meet manufacturing schedules and quality requirements.
